Superb one of a kind sautoir made to order featuring a huge "crystal glass drop" which have been cut and carved by hand and knotted on my precious leather with some Beautiful Australian 12,5mm shinny natural fine pearls. Every necklace is a real sculpture in itself as not 2 crystal drop (and Australian pearl will be the same).
Crystal glass has been used for centuries by glassblowers and Glassmaster. The "crystal" is a type of glass with a concentration of metallic oxides (including lead oxide PbO), up to 40% of the extra mass which makes it more brilliant (Its brightness is increased by increasing its Refractive index), denser and even gives it a particular sound.
The glass focal drop have known all a delicate surface treatment to obtain the same texture as a sea glass rolled by the waves and found in the states on the shores as a true gift of the seas.
